My wife Kay and I have had two Chausson motorhomes from TC Motorhomes and have consistently been impressed with their excellent customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the quality of any necessary remedial work is always of the highest standard. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, with a special mention for both Neil and Shane.

We were introduced to Shane at the Oct22 NEC show as the only person able to sell us the Chausson S514 Sport Line we were interested in. From the moment we were introduced to Shane the entire buying process has been the best we have ever experienced for anything we have ever purchased - and we are in our early 60's. Nothing has been too much trouble and everything to do with the sale has been consultative. We visited Shane twice at the dealer, once to discuss final requirements and last week to collect our new van. Both times we have been treated like VIP's and Shane spent as much time as we needed with us. Everything put us at our ease. When we returned to collect the van we did a one-way hire of a small van, from where we live near Cambridge, to bring down our 'stuff' to load into the van. Shane generously lead me to the Enterprise depot in nearby Canterbury for me to drop off the van and brought me back to Herne Bay. Earlier in the day Dave gave us an in-depth tour of the van, showed us how everything works and made a couple of adjustments for us. We left Shane to spend the night at the C&C site in Canterbury to get to know our van. This was a great suggestion from Shane, we slept really well, tested everything and drove home very happy campers! Bought a motorhome from TC three years ago. Had good after sales service, and thanks are due for going the extra mile following a recent problem not of TC motorhomes making.

We recently just purchased our first motorhome, from our very first visit Shane and his team made us feel very welcome. No pushy sales talk, quite the opposite, the whole experience has been fantastic.

We had done quite a lot of research, visited shows and other dealerships so we knew which make and model we wanted, TC Motorhomes had the exact model we had set out hearts on and we were so pleased to deal with them as they were over and above any other dealership salespeople, with knowledge, patience, and time – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We drove away on 1st September in our already, much loved, 640 after having a brilliant insight into our new home from Peter. The best service I think I've ever encountered, faultless

Less than two weeks ago we went to view a Chausson 757 Special Edition at TC Motorhomes as it had twin single beds. Our current motorhome had a different bedding configuration and we had quickly found it didn’t suit us at all. We didn’t expect the Chausson to be the one we needed but every improvement we needed on our current arrangement was ticked. Pete Oliver and Shane Catterick were so helpful and worked out a deal that was acceptable to us. They then pulled out all the stops as we were due to go away on a four week tour in just over a weeks time. They had the van prepared and ready for us two days before we left and despite a hectic day of preparation we managed to get away in our new van on the day we had planned. Their service was impeccable, friendly and efficient and we are so pleased with our new purchase. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and will do so whenever we can. We recently purchased a CHAUSSON 711 from TC Motorhomes. A beautiful vehicle , extremely well presented. Peter Oliver was a competent and friendly salesman allowing us ample time to consider our choice without pressure. Shane was patient and understanding both face to face and the numerous telephone conversations to completion of the transaction. We Just picked up our new 711 which we love , we cannot thank the team enough, after looking at loads of different motor homes and company’s we decided to go to TC and as soon as we walked in we found a relaxed no rushed atmosphere, we were met by Shane who was great we said what we were looking for and was left to wander around at our own leisure with no pressure. We went home and returned a week later with loads of questions which Shane was very helpful and knowledgeable with , then another walk around , again with no pressure . We made the big decision to buy a motorhome and visited several dealerships to try and find the right one. We had decided on make and model and T C Motorhomes had one we were very interested in, the only downside was they were about 200 miles away! I rang and spoke to Shane and he could not have been more helpful. Shane did a video tour of the van explaining everything in detail. We knew right away that this was where we wanted to buy from. The whole process was made easy and they kept us really well informed. Shane was incredibly patient with my many questions and went above and beyond. This was a complete contrast to our last car purchase! We collected the van last week and it was definitely worth the long drive. They made it a lovely occasion. Just after Covid lockdown, we decided to go shopping for a motorhome. We had visited 3 other Motorhome dealers, which were ok, then we decided to visit TC Motorhomes in Herne Bay. It was like a breath of fresh air when we arrived. We received a very warm welcome from Shane who offered us a cup of tea (with biscuits) and water (it was a hot day). He asked us what we were looking for and then went off to line up some motorhomes for us to view. Not only ones that suited our criteria but also others which he thought we might be interested in. We went from wanting a fixed island bed to an seeing an electric drop down bed with more living space and decided this was the one for us and bought it. Shane was very professional, not at all pushy, unlike some other salesmen we had dealt with, wanted to give us the best experience he could in choosing the right motorhome. We decided on the Chausson 640 Premium, which ticked all the boxes. Shane again was very professional throughout the purchase and nothing was too much trouble for him. When we arrived to pick up our Chausson 640, again we were offered a cup of tea (with biscuits) and water. Our Chausson was all opened up, ready and waiting for us with a full tour and explanation of the workings etc. I cannot rate TC Motorhomes highly enough. We dealt with Shane but we had the pleasure of meeting Peter too, who also was very welcoming and professional. If you want the best service when looking for your motorhome, I wouldnt go anywhere else - give them a call - like us you wont be disappointed!!

Following a recommendation from my brother, we have just purchased a used Adria from Shane and his team. This was a huge step up financially from our caravan and the assistance, support and service we received before during and after the purchase has been outstanding. We have been guided through certain aspects of motorhome use with a number of really helpful suggestions and solutions, fulfilling all our needs and requests. Just purchased my very first motorhome. What a fantastic experience with T C Motorhomes. I want to say thank you to all the staff but the biggest thank you particularly to our salesman Pete. We had been looking at new motorhomes when we spotted one of interest to us with the layout we were looking for during lockdown on TC Motorhomes website . Made contact with Shane who was and has been most helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We paid a holding deposit and agreed a price for our trade-in motorhome (all subject to viewing when permitted) and also a superb price for additional items we required (wind-out awning, solar panel, bike rack, etc.) all of which were fitted to a high/professional standard. When lock-down rules permitted, we were able to view/test drive and agree the purchase and date to finalize trade-in and collection of our new motorhome. The whole process was an enjoyable worry free experience with TC Motorhomes. A big thank you to Shane, and Peter who went through everything with us on the new motorhome on day of collection. Would I go to TC Motorhomes again or recommend them? Yes I most definitely would.

Never having even owned a tent before we must have driven Shane absolutely mad with our questions whilst trying to decide if a Motorhome was the right option for us. We were totally guided through every option, design and gadget available to us with really sensible advice as to what we actually needed vs what could have been sold to us. No overselling just good informative clear advice. Even information with regard as to where to purchase custom fit bedding and, as we intend to travel to around Europe a fixed LPG gas bottle we could just refill enroute would be a good option for us. On our first trip out I imagined I would have Shane’s number on speed dial, however, after an amazing handover by John, who was beyond patient, we were like pros. Pete, Neil and the team have been nothing but helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process of buying our motorhome. Having bought at the beginning of lockdown we didn't get to know our motorhome until a couple of months later, when we found a few little issues which the guys put right as soon as they were open again. Having bought motorhomes from other dealers I can honestly say this has been the best customer service we have ever had. I can highly recommend this dealership.

After a great deal of research, we made the decision to buy our new Fiat Twist from TC Motorhomes. We were complete novices, but fell in love with the feeling of independence after renting a Camper in Australia The purchase was handled by Shane and Neil who were really helpful answering all our questions with patience and honesty, with no sales pressure. Our two berth was beautifully finished and we were able to agree a great deal on a couple of additions to the package. A test drive and tutorial was arranged. The garage workshop and habitation preparation areas were spotless, another reason we felt comfortable using TCM. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new used Motorhome or MOT and service.

Just wanted to say thank you for the highly efficient service on our van. The buying experience from 2 years ago is truly matched by the aftersales. Neil was straight on the job to rearrange our annual service following the re-opening (COVID), with a quick turn around. The team at TC certainly look after their customers. It feels like you are returning to see friends rather than a business. Really nice touch to include a full outside wash of the whole van and to arrive and see it on the forecourt looking gleaming.

I purchased this vehicle in March and want to leave a second glowing testimonial for the care I have had "after-sales". When I've had a problem , the service has been magnificent. From the first email contact i received from the team at T C MOTORHOMES to the last handshake as i left to drive away with my new purchase was second to none. I viewed the vehicle on line before travelling the 275 miles to purchase it. the information within the advert was accurate, then follow up telephone converstions for extra information i wanted, was dealt with in a friendly professional manner nothing was any trouble from the team who dealt with my queries = on arrival at the site on collection day we were made to feel most welcome, The maintenance team took the time out to give me a full operational appraisal of the vehicle which was of great use to me. Val and I are happy for you to add our comments to your "Testimonials" if you wish. We had seen a used motorhome advertised that we thought would meet our needs and called in to TC to look at it. We were met by Shane who showed amazing patience with us and guided us to a couple of motorhomes that might meet our needs. There was no rush to make a decision or any pressure whatsoever which we very much appreciated. After quite a considerable time looking at these and with Shane looking in to see how we were getting on, I mentioned that my only concern was really about the length of these vehicles. We were invited into his office for a cup of tea and I referred to another model I had seen which he said fortunately had just come into stock and was awaiting preparation. Shane led us to that one and the attraction was instant. What a good company to do business with as its not all about the initial sale but the after sales service which makes a company a good one ,I can testify that this company excel in this department , We have been caravanning for over 40 years and decided to buy a motorhome which is a new experience for us , we have over the years dealt with lots of dealers in the leisure industry and had some poor after sales but with TC that is not the case everyone is polite and helpful and most of all they listen to you ,so if you are a newbie to motorhoming go to TC

Purchase of Lunar Motorhome We came to TC late 2017 we had been camping for several years and felt that we had to move up a league ! we were considering a caravan or mobile home , We had brief looks at other sites and to be honest we were novices in this area . When we arrived the first impression was this company was a professional outfit with a welcoming environment that took pride in its presentation ( Offices and workshops) also the range that was available , We met Pete in sales and explained our situation that we were both very new to this and basically did not want we needed and what would be practical, Pete sat us down and gave a detailed explanation of the types owning a motorhome and what would suit our needs and budget , We were then directed to two motorhomes that met our requirements the team then took the time explain every detail so that we could make an informed choice ( All within our budget and no up selling ) After some direction and thought we purchased a motor home ,The team and Pete then set about preparing our purchase taking into consideration our needs , Also Pete gave us several informed information on owning driving and where to go including hook ups and sites to park, We are now very proud owners of our motor home which have been prepared to our needs we cannot find a fault. The customer service from T C Motorhomes at Herne Bay in Kent is superb. We had previously owned a small caravan and our knowledge of motorhomes was basic. We undertook some research and contacted Chausson who put us in contact with T C Motorhomes. We visited them a few days before Christmas 2017 and were impressed by their knowledge of the brand and in particular the personal service provided by Shane Catterick the salesman.

With Shane's assistance we identified that the new model Chausson 640 Welcome would be a good fit for us. With travel already planned out of the UK we corresponded by email and agreed delivery in late May 2018. With delivery a few days off we visited Shane and saw the Motorhome being completed with dealer extras, solar panel, awning, external gas fitting and other personal requests.

In all our 4 visits, Shane met and collected us at Herne Bay Railway Station and at delivery on 18 May 2018 gave us as did the service mechanic a full briefing on the systems in the motorhome. We had 4 nights in nearby Canterbury to ensure we knew how to operate the Motorhome and to buy all the necessary equipment to set up for our adventure.

Through every step of the purchase we relied on Shane and TC Motorhomes and with a 2 day drive to Scotland we have now travelled 500 miles and are heading for more remote parts of these islands. We highly recommend T C Motorhomes for anyone looking to purchase Motorhomes.

We bought our campervan from TC Motorhomes in May this year, a 2006 two berth Devon conversion. I'm happy to say that the whole experience has been first class. We are delighted with our camper and have enjoyed using it during the lovely summer weather this year. Peter guided us thoughtfully through the purchase and we never felt rushed or crowded in making a decision. Guys just a massive thanks for your help. We met Shane at Birmingham this year looking at the Chausson 640 Titanium. Finally ended up with the Welcome Premium and absolutely love it. Shane was fantastic, very patient and very helpful. Picking the van up was a dream and to be provided with full gas bottle and everything we needed was great. Can't thank you enough. Just bought a 1 yr old chausson 711 from TC. We took a big leap of faith and bought this without first viewing after several e mails and phone calls with shane peter and neil. We travelled 375 miles to check over and collect last week -our faith in TC was rewarded / very competent presentation/very detailed handover/ quick resolution of very minor issues on the day. They also did pick ups and drop offs at station/ & Would have no hesitation in using this company again even from 375 miles away gordon and his son (bruce) from Carlisle
