| If you are looking for a family Motorhome then look no further!!! This Elddis Autostratus EB, is a 6 x berth coachbuilt motorhome with a `Luton` style cab and double bed over.
It has a `mid` kitchen and large rear `U` shaped lounge.
Interior Description:
The Autostratus has arguably the most popular motorhome layout, with a rear lounge which has u shape sofa’s that can easily be turned into a nice size double bed…. ( 1830 mm x 2050 mm…..6 ` 0” x 6` 9” )… It also seats 6 people very comfortably for the cozy family meals. (Alternatively the kids, or the older ones if you prefer, can eat in the dinette further forward at the front of the vehicle)
There are plenty of storage cupboards above & below for clothes toys, games etc: . A corner unit, ideal for the TV, DVD player, ( A Status roof mounted TV aerial is fitted with a 12 volt booster ) and if you wish the Tv / DVD can be supplied separately ….oh and you`ve guessed it another cupboard above !
You’re probably getting the impression this is a versatile motorhome, and you would be right!
A Double hanging cupboard / wardrobe is fitted to swallow up all your hanging clothes, ball gowns D.J`s that sort of thing.
The Autostratus has water and space heating which can be operated by gas or mains electricity. The space heating has a `blown-air` facility so that all of the motorhome can be warmed simultaneously.
There is a Washroom, in front of the rear lounge, which offers a fold away vanity screen, which can be used to privatize the rear half of the Autostratus Motorhome. That way if you’ve showered and fancy getting dressed in comfort, create some space with the vanity screen...There is also a Thetford cassette chemical toilet, a Shower, and a corner vanity unit with sink and shower head attachment. Again there are storage cupboards a plenty!
A glass fronted medicine cabinet is fitted to hold any medication that might be on board.
Next up is the kitchen / dinette area. The dinette has twin facing seats / benches and can quite comfortably seat 4 people. The forward facing seat has three point inertia seat belts for two passengers. When the dining is done, the benches can be made into double bed. ( 1200mm x 1830 mm ……3` 11” x 6` 0” ) ….
The kitchen offers a “Caprice Country Leisure” 4 x burner/gas hob/grill/ and oven with storage drawer. There is an “Electrolux” 3 x way refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Sink/drainer with mixer tap, a Cutlery drawer with storage cupboards all around, and even a ceiling mounted “Fiamma Turbo Vent” extractor fan for clearing the van of any unwelcome cooking smells.
A large double bed over and above the cab is spacious, and reasonably easy to access with the on-board ladder. It measures a wopping 1050 mm x 2000 mm…..3` 6” x 6` 7” )…..The windows provide plenty of natural light, and there are again insect and sun- blinds, there is even a privacy curtain.
The drivers seat has height, rake and reach adjustments, the passenger seat has rake, reach and also can swivel around in a `sociable` manner.
There is a radio / cassette fitted, and of course for ease of parking, there is power assisted steering.
The windows are all double glazed, and have insect and sun blinds, (blackouts) and some have curtains as well.
Exterior Description:
A Fiamma sun blind is fitted, as is an awning light, a rear panel Roof ladder, providing access to the roof space, a `hope bar` , and a “Status” TV aerial with 12 volt booster.
