Beginning with a general look on the Internet lead us to a 1250 mile round trip from Aberdeen to TC Motorhomes in Herne Bay, Kent. Our initial Internet surfing lead to calling Shane at TC Motorhomes on the off chance that our our dream could be turned into a reality, thanks to Shane it did.

My wife and I took delivery of our new caravan on 25th February 2012. The support and personal service given to us from Shane and all staff at TC Motorhomes was second to none. There was a couple of delays, on our part, in actually collecting the caravan, and we must say that at no point were we made to feel awkward of pressured. TC Motorhomes has been brilliant from start to finish. It took them over six months of helping us before we were in a position to actually buy. We had been to a few other dealers, but as soon as we met the guys at TC, we knew we wanted to do business with them. Neil was fantastic in answering every question we had and also very knowledgeable. When we went in and saw the new Bailey it was love at first sight, but, there was no pushing us to buy, and even encouragement to "sleep on it" before committing. Everyone at TC has their customers best interests at heart.

Delivery was on time, even with the additions we had made being installed over Christmas and New Year. The walkthrough was brilliant, with TCs engineer answering all our questions and patiently going over everything until we "got it right". Since then, every one of our emails, phone calls and questions has been answered promptly...

Many thanks for your help in our purchase of our new to us 999M. We were most impressed with all aspects of our purchase. Any questions answered on the spot or a call returned within 24hrs. From the first view to collection, we could not have asked for a better service.

Never hurried with regard to the sale. On collection, having prepared ourselves for the things we must do, before we go away, for even the first night ! Only to find all that would be required to go and spend that first night anywhere ! Included.

I bought Sneezy from TC's new in 2005. Shane persuaded us to go for the bigger van. He said "we would never grow out of her" it wasn't sales patter, it was true. We went from four of us to six no problem. She has been our long and trusted friend ever since and so have the TC team. We have taken Sneezy all over Europe and the UK. We have used her in all weathers (skiing to sunshine). She has made dream holidays possible due to them being ecconomical. We have spent three weeks in France with the kids and two weeks in the Highlands of Scotland just the two of us this summer alone. Scotland was amazing, pulling up for a cup of coffee and admiring the view whenever you like has a great freedom to it. When ever I have needed extra's fitted like a kyak carrier for the roof it has never been too much trouble for TC's to sort it out. They always put thier customers first so much so we now take our car there for service too.

Since purchasing the first of our 12 motorhomes 6 years ago from you, I can only say how delighted we have been with the service and backup we have received from yourself.

Running a fleet of 100 vehicles we are only too aware that purchasing from the right dealer is one of  the most important things that we can do. We have learnt from bitter experience that all the promises of the back up service are broken after the honeymoon of the initial purchase has been completed.

Just to let you know the Tracker is now fine. Since its been home I have not had to charge it up, its starts straight away with no hesitation.

I have now fitted the de cat pipe to the vehicle, its made no difference to its performance or to the exhaust gases. We can go to sleep or leave the vehicle knowing that we will not have more expense to replace the cat again.
