Motorhome Handbrake Extender

Sick of having to undo your seatbelt and lean right over and down to access the handbrake on your motorhome ?
This handy easy to use handbrake extender solves this frustrating motorhome design flaw.

The motorhome handbrake extension fits all Fiat Ducatos, Peugeot and Citroen and other brands of motorhomes. We have had reports that the extender will also fit Ford transit motorhomes and VW Type 4 Motorhomes with small modifications such as the use of a slightly longer version of the retaining bolts.

(NOTE: This does not fit Mercedes Sprinter based vehicles )

The design is such that it should fit all vans, campervans and motorhomes. The handbrake extender can be used on RHD or LHD motorhomes.
These motorhome handbrake extenders are constructed of tough Polyamid 66 with 30% glass fibre.

With this handbrake extension attached the grip level will be 130mm higher.

The handbrake extender works like a sleeve fitting over the existing handbrake handle, the dimensions of the sleeve diameter are cylindrical with the largest dimension being the vertical diameter of approx 35mm and the shortest dimension of the cylinder being 30mm in the horizontal.

These dimensions are slightly flexible due to the clamping arrangement of the 3 captive screw head retainers which when screwed tight using a simple cross head screwdriver then clamp the handbrake extender to the handbrake handle.
