Trigano Tribute Campervan
BRITISH MEDAL WINNING HEPTATHLETE GETS SILVER !!Jenny Brown (one of Great Britains medal winners in the Heptathlon event) has just taken delivery of a brand new, `all silver` Trigano Tribute Campervan from TC Motorhomes in Broadstairs, Kent. The new campervan will accommodate Jenny and partner John, as she competes in various Heptathlon events across Europe. Jenny said that a `compact campervan`, with car-like road manners was what she had been looking for, and that the Fiat X2/50 Trigano Tribute seemed to tick all of the boxes for her and John. With its powerful performance, six speed manual gearbox and cruise control, not to mention its extensive interior specification, Jenny thinks she`s on to a real winner. Shane Catterick of TC Motorhomes added that he hoped the Tribute would be a very useful asset for “Team Jenny”, and wished her every success in her forthcoming July competition in Slovenia... Mary and Michael were delighted to take delivery of their new Carioca 694 `low-profile` motorhome, at home this week.
And as home is in Llandaff, Cardiff, TC Motorhomes have proved that distance really is `no object` ... delivering it from Broadstairs, ( location for TC Motorhomes ) to the home address, and bringing away the part exchange vehicle. The Carioca 694 , which replaces Mike`s Autoroller 700 ( a larger family style van ) has a fixed bed and forward lounge, and for Mary and Michael seems a more `sensible` layout. Mike confirmed that the novelty of making up beds, or indeed sleeping over the cab, had `worn off` and that he and Mary were looking forward to using their new motorhome, and being able to sleep at `ground` level !! The Carioca 694 Low-Profile has a 2.3 JTD engine producing 130 bhp, with a 6 x speed gearbox. With the standard cruise control, its a pleasure to drive at speed on the motorways, or more leisurely through the lanes. Darren, Vicky and their two boys, from Minster are pictured taking delivery of their new motorhome from TC Motorhomes in Broadstairs. Already keen Caravanners, Darren and Vicky have deliberated the pros and cons of a motorhome vs a Caravan for some time. Ultimately, with a little help from the boys, they decided that the versatility of the motorhome, with its on-board, simple to use facilities was more convenient for them. In the Caravans International Carioca 656 model, ( which features rear bunk-beds ), they found a great `value-for-money` motorhome that is suitable for their needs. As a keen `outdoors` family they plan to tour around Great Britain first and foremost, but haven’t ruled out pushing on further afield into Europe. Darren and his eldest son are keen rock climbers, who aren’t afraid of a little cold weather, so the Carioca with its excellent standard insulation will be tested, all year around ! Wendy and John recently took delivery of their new Romahome Outlook Exclusive, and promptly set about finding a suitable name for their new campervan. LOLA was the name chosen, which to John and Wendy stands for : ........ “Live Our Life Adventure” “Lola” had to be a camper van that was compact enough to fit on the driveway at their home in Essex, that had its own facilities, that was comfortable to sleep in, and that was as close to driving a `normal` car as possible. These were all part of John and Wendy`s requirements. The Romahome Outllook Exclusive that they chose, was specified with a few additional `creature comforts` like air conditioning, but the diesel fired heating and hot water system, and the `Pullman` style seating layout with two additional seat belts are standard on this model. John and Wendy are looking forward to making good use of LOLA as the weather starts to improve, exploring our own shoreline first and foremost, but ultimately planning to venture further afield into Europe. For further information on the Romahome Outlook, or any of the other models in the range, please contact Shane Catterick at TC Motorhomes on 01843.860099. Labels: Motorhomes, Romahome, TC Motorhomes
